A Bowl Full of Cherries is a non-profit dedicated to planting fruit-bearing trees to feed neighbors in Need, creating sustainable sources of fresh food in Vermilion, Ohio and beyond.

Our mission is to plant fruit-bearing trees to feed neighbors in need and to grace communities with flowering cherry and willow trees.

Rose Moore
Rose Moore is a Catholic missionary with a deep love for people, nature, and the simple joy of hospitality.
Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Rose created A Bowl Full of Cherries while writing her third book in the Summer of 2020. Poems began forming about acres of cherry trees and fun with friends! With the Lord guiding her pen, He was the inspiration of her vision.
After years of prayer for where to launch, Rose has been blessed with land in Vermilion, Ohio. And so it is she begins…to dig, to plant, to grow, to create!
For Rose, this is more than planting trees.
It’s planting nourishment and fellowship.
It’s planting generosity and hope.
It’s planting legacy and love.
